why will the 2 system provide the same thing. I looked at the conditions api. I
have a lot of concerns on its usability. I am not sure if I should comment here
or there. I will give a try.
When something like @optional exists, 9 out of 10 will use it than providing
some complex condition. Send out a survey to 10 users, we can get a vote on it.
