Thank you for looking at my notes [~vybs]. After reading the latest proposal
and the comments I have two notes:
1) I'm still not entirely sure how the framework will determine that given job
is incremental or not? Given the fact that framework don't know anything about
the underlaying configuration objects (and shouldn't need to know anything),
I'm assuming that we need some explicit way to say "this is incremental append
mode job", right?
2) I'm wondering what is our thinking of storing the "last values". Do we want
to preserve only the "last values" from latest submission or even the history
across multiple submissions?
