yes mam! [~gwenshap]. I have added more details to the design doc since it
might not have been obvious ( with some thoughts on implementation as well,
some of it might be premature on the exact names of methods etc )
Mostly the source of confusion was around how we will pass the job config and
its values from repository -> sqoop -> connector and then back from connector
-> sqoop -> repository. I hope this section is more clear now and it splits up
the storage into 3 sub topics
