A question for everyone... I can't seem to find a thread that discusses where this plan was agreed to / developed. Perhaps I'm not searching for the right thing? I ask, because obviously off-list "planning" is a bit awkward for people not involved in that planning session. Considering Noah's comments about how to grow diversity, this raises a red flag in my mind. -chip
