That's a great question, and I'm not sure that we have a good answer. I would suggest doing what we do in my day job, which is to add the entries in English, making it clear what needs to be translated in the next go-around (assuming there is one). I suspect we may already be out of date with respect to the set of keys in that file versus the English one.
