1) + 2) Well, I can keep guessing what's going on here (as I already did
some weeks ago), or you can provide me with your break iterator code and
any other changes you made and I'll have a look. Since option 1 is
definitely a waste of time, I would suggest to choose option 2.
Option ? Actually, both are bugs. Could you tell why you believe option 1 is a
waste of time ? Is it because option 1 cannot be done in the breakIterator
but only in the formatting code ?
To clearify the meaning of "option" in this context:
Option 1 is [...] I can keep guessing what's going on here [...]
Option 2 is [...] you can provide me with your break iterator code and
any other changes you made and I'll have a look [...]
Doing some tests, i removed my breakiterator code, but the same problems
persist (as I said earlier, Malayalam has very long words and breaking on
words will have very bad results). I have attached a screenshot of it with
the email (snapshot5.png)
- If there is a bug in Writer that occurs without your code changes,
please submit a bug for this, I will have a look.
- If there is a bug in Writer that only occurs in combination with your
code changes, I offer you to have a look at how your break iterator
works together with Writer's text formatting, because guessing is a
waste of time.
