There is a little missunderstanding. We have already a sandbox via
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-tamaya-sandbox.git
My last question was if we would like to have two repositories for the
mature/non-sandbox modules or not. There was the suggestion to divide
the mature extension module in modules for data formats and data types
and a second one for modules who integration third party systems as
consul with Tamaya.

* extensions = mature stuff
I'd still prefer to have a multimodule project even for the experimental
extensions.
