- [ ] would be great if we can store `object.getLabel()` and
`object.getConfidence()` into separate metadata fields. Like creating a new key
`MD_KEY_CAP_CONFIDENCE` for storing confidence, instead of wrapping them both
in a single `String mdVal`.
