Personally, I'd prefer to see auto-generated DOAP files based on information collected from $elsewhere I don't know who/what consumes DOAP files nowadays, so if a PMC/community doesn't have to worry about them, and they just "appear magically [for those who care]" would be my ideal world. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
