I'm for handling DOAP files in a new way. I'm loathe to make their presence a prerequisite for ATR, and am perfectly willing to discuss ideas like `.asf.yaml` in due course. There are likely to be items we should add like SBOM, CVEs, etc. Where should we continue this discussion?
