I followed the official “Running the server” guide using uv sync. On Windows, the setup fails at uvloop==0.22.1 because uvloop does not support Windows, which matches the error output I encountered. I understand ATR is Linux-first. I can switch to WSL or a Linux environment to run the server locally, re-verify the behavior, and update this PR accordingly.
