By the way, when i asked Pavel to build for localized version (Indonesian), he asked me to give the GSI file (i gave him and it will be on the next build). But in the OOo's Wiki, i don't see any tutorial about GSI file. It only says that we should run the .configure with --with-lang="id". What's the purpose of submitting GSI file then?
A GSI ( can also be refered as SDF , there is no difference ) file contains localized strings. If you want a Indonesian office you need to translate such a file. You can generate it with the localize.pl tool found in the transex3 module or use Pavels gsi / pot files he provides. After translation you have to merge the file back into the source ( localize.pl tool ) , enable the WITH_LANG variable with the Indonesion ISO code and rebuild the whole source. Or you politly ask Pavel to add your language to his build system.
