The file from SDK\bin is the correct one. I'm not sure why the file on
the Vc7/bin has a different version, but i have a backup for 0366
before i copy the 0361

Hm... make sense, but i would like to finish the build first, then i
can restart all the compilation again. So if i had problems in the
future, i know how to deal with it again
