Yes, i have asked Pavel and he already put that on his build system,
but i wanted to try to build it myself to check whether the
translations fits or not.

So i now have the GSI files created from my translations project. Can
i use Translate toolkit to merge the translations back to the source?
Or where can i find this transex3 module?
