I attempted to look at the Tuscany 1.3 eclipse plugin in. It updates
and installs apparently correctly. However, I cannot run any SCA
composites with it from Eclipse. It may be my set up in this wroskspace.
This morning I was able to uninstall the plugin, start a new workspace,
install the 1.3 plugin, and it worked. I was able to run a few of the
sample programs whether from plugin or sample main programs.
