Hi all, Vincent Ertner contacted me about his work on shortcuts in OOo.
He created a web page at http://www.openshortcut.org/ that deals with the shortcuts currently available and the issues he has with them.
What it also touches is the UI of the tools/customize dialog that really needs improvement. Not only for shortcuts but as a whole.
