unfortunately, the mailing list doesn't support attachments. But, is it related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-2097 - a bug which produces doc0, doc1, etc names when the path that test data are on has a "blank" in the path name?
If so, this is a known limitation, already fixed in the "trunk", which will be released with our next UIMA SDK release.
