It seems the IP clearances didn't make it to the docs folder. The files for the
Alchemy API and for uimaFIT are missing at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/uima/site/trunk/uima-website/docs/ip-clearances.
The clearances there for UIMA AS and the concept mapper look rather
incompletely transformed.
I'll check in your updated version to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/content/ip-clearance
and continue with the process.
