re: running the build-ip-clearances script - I fixed this script, so if you
"update to head" for that file, you'll get the fix, and it won't mess up other
parts of the website if you run it. We only run it, by the way, to help insure
that the .xml file we commit to the incubator can be successfully updated on
the incubator site.
