re: CCLA: I checked the documents again. Both institutions should have followed
the same procedure to submit the grant. I chose to submit both, the SGA (which
includes a CCLA and names authors) and a separate CCLA for Darmstadt (even
though secretary@apache said the SGA would be enough), while UC submitted only
the SGA and no separate CCLA. Despite this slight difference in the execution
of the process, both should be treated equivalently. Hence, I committed the
version mentioning both.
