Peter Klügl commented on UIMA-2560:
-----------------------------------
Ah ok, but don't you have to replace the jar in the dropins folder, e.g., when
you change on uimaj-core? I know, for uimaj SDK in general, this is probably
not problematic, but for textmarker it is. I normally test the changes in the
rule language with the ide, meaning that the engine plugin (corresponds to the
runtime plugin) provides the implementation for the ide plugins. So, I would
have to copy the engine jar and have no hot code replacement when debugging
(not as if that works now all the time).

> Recent versions of Eclipse m2e complain about Maven plugins in the UIMA
> master pom not being covered by m2e lifecycle plugins:
> * uima-build-helper-maven-plugin
> * maven-dependency-plugin
> Add m2e metadata to the master POM to handle these.
