Unless I'm missing something fundamental, FELIX-3061 should take care of
properly providing the ep-runtime bundle to "Run as -> Eclipse application"
scenarios, and I had the impression that it did last time I tried the branch
setup (as reported in the issue comment from 13/Jan/13 22:18 here on this
issue).
