Marshall Schor commented on UIMA-2560:
--------------------------------------

OK, I'll try and reproduce this for TextMarker, and then write up the details
:-). The goals - to have a "quick" automatic build in the Eclipse environment,
but have the normal build in a non-Eclipse environment. I think this will
mean: in Eclipse, if the embedded dependencies are available in the workspace,
to include them via their target/classes folder (no need to JAR up those
projects). For non-Eclipse, I'm going to try to have this work without
unpacking the embedded JARs. As I re-read the comments from 13/Jan/13 - things
are slowly beginning to make more sense :-).

> Recent versions of Eclipse m2e complain about Maven plugins in the UIMA
> master pom not being covered by m2e lifecycle plugins:
> * uima-build-helper-maven-plugin
> * maven-dependency-plugin
> Add m2e metadata to the master POM to handle these.
