How would the vote work? Everybody with an opinion from your group would send a
mail to the list and we count binding votes and external votes the same? Or do
only binding votes count? If I understand it right, then any -1 vote for any of
the names would break the consensus and cause the vote to fail. So probably, to
be fair, nobody should be allowed to vote -1 unless there are substantial (e.g.
legal) objections to the name.
