I agree with the suggestions above :-), in particular:
+1 to short / simple name with simple pronunciation
+1 to not over-focusing on Rules 
+1 for some word that allows speaking about all of what textmarker encompasses

I think UIMA-RUCOLA is fine.  Rucola is the name of a plant used in salads 
(called Arugula often, here).
