TRL is short, and therefore has many (non-trademarked) uses. I think this is
in our favor for using it as UIMA-TRL. Used by itself - there are multiple
trade marks but in completely different areas of goods & services. So I think
that's a bit in its favor, too, from the trademark perspective.
You're note of 16/Apr 12:08 suggested RUle-based, COncise Text Annotation
LAnguage - would the acronym be RUCOTALA ? That has a kind of nice ring to
it... and there are no hits for it on the internet! (will be now...).
