I noticed that the build-from-sources creates in /target files ruta-2.5.0-bin.tar.gz, .zip, tar.gz.asc, zip.asc.
These ruta-2.5.0-bin... files: are they part of the release (meaning they're uploaded to some distribution spot or used in any way)? If not, perhaps the build should not build them? (but not a blocker). -Marshall
