To the point: I have been looking however to some place where I can find some information about who developped the icons for the latest OOo-builds, because they're much fresher imho (not that I'm completely satisfied by them, but it certainly looks better). the 'new' icon set was created internally by Sun.
it is really the old set used on StarOffice 7 (the closed source counterpart of OOo 1.1.x)
only see some bugreports talking about OOo 1.1... is this the wrong place to search for other artwork being made for the 2.0 release?
http://marketing.openoffice.org/art/ is the community project for creating such artworks.
unfortunately, you will not have useful results searching there, the project don't seems very alive lately
Or should we try to define a new style, and might this be picked up by
initially my intention was to push a new style based on what will be the result of the splash screen contest, but with this huge delay in the contest i abandoned the idea.
OOo? Still, is there anywhere where I could at least download the icons of the latest builds? Preferably EPS, or versions with a much higher resolution?
