I agree. One that I think is needed is some way to tell the user where
to get information. Support is a good start but falls a bit short in my
opinion. What I would like to see is some sort of site map that show the
user which project is most likely to provide information. I tried a long
time ago but it didn't fly. For example, today on users, someone asked
for info about OOo that is answered in Product Information. Obviously
they didn't see it.
Anyway some more food for thought.
