Well I need to deal with some personal issues today and I've got some

HI. I have volunteered to "start" on this effort shortly. We have a 
starting document that needs lot os augmentation to make it really 
useful and understandable, however. When it's ready for prime time, 
I'll post something to this list. Given my schedule, please don't 
expect anything in the next day or so.
