I'm not sure myself, but for me just pressing ctrl+f5 (windows) worked 
also...maybe this is an easier hint than 'clear your cache'?
I think Louis had something in mind we could do from the server's / 
webpages / meta tag's / ... end without the need for client / user 
interaction.
