Exactly. This means that whenever I visit the page, I have to downlaod
the whole thing although nothing did change.
You with DSL/broadband connection don't care. But I do.

Furthemore I doubt that this will help for the firefox problem since it
is a css-mixup and not a html-mixup that causes the display weiredness.
