Exactly. The browser cache is not flushed.

Instead (in case we put both these meta definitions) the browser will:
1) remove OpenOffice.org documents from it's cache. (Expires)
2) not use them in the first place! (No-Cache)

Perfect solution for the problem, in case this really works flawlessly.
