I tend to follow Ingrids opinion regarding strict separation between
'developers' and 'users'. IMHO, every developer is a user at first and
becomes a contributor (developer) later on. Therefor we should make the
stepping from being a user to a contributor (developer) as smooth and
simple as possible.
