a bit of info on the Mozilla site and its technology.

I did a wget on the index file and related js files. One of them seems to be a reference to something called Urchin...a fairly sophisticated and involved bit of client JS which does most of the magic for creating the nifty download button you see at that site.

This software is NOT free, and since I didn't see an actual reference to an API or anything of that sort at the Urchin site, I'm assuming the talented moz folks took something that was provided and extensively modified it.

Therefore, IF we wanted to do something like this, we could I guess purchase an Urchin license to install on some DL server (could be the main server but Collabnet doesn't allow messing with this much), though this *might* be waste since we wouldn't be using a lot of the functionality I guess.
