Folks--
Having become very annoyed at recent changes to the DL area, I went on a
mission to find SOMETHING that would help us with Java detection for our
download, and choose the right product for our users.

I have incorporated this into a mockup for a new DL page.

The messages in the top right of course wouldn't be there in the final
page, this is just for your own benefit.
We need LOTS of testing on this. It worked fine for me with my Linux and
JRE already installed...choosing the linuxintel w/o JRE. YIPEE!!!
I ended up making a few cahnges to the scripting on the DL index page
and the download.js scripts to pass in this additional info, but not big
ones.
Please let me know if this is something we wish to pursue. Our min JRE
version is now coded into the js on the mail DL index page (well my
mockup), so we can change this relatively easily.
