Hi,

That is fine, or just tell me what the changes. are... either way is good for me. I'll commit the changes whenever they are ready.

Per, you may also have commit rights (I think that was included when I bumped your permissions on the project). if so, feel free to check that page out and update it with the correct links and info for 3.x.

I haven't got the permissions for download or www, would I apply for them somewhere or should I send the changes to you?

I am not sure who the "owner" of this page is. It is reasonably up to date, although, it definitely could use some help - eg the OSX info is missing. As well... that info is duplicated in various places.. in various states of completeness and accuracy... eg:

http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/FAQ/Installation/How_do_I_install_OpenOffice.org%3F http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide/How_to_deploy_OpenOffice.org_though_a_network

I have a suggestion, let's do the following for frequently asked questions and howtos:

a) If the question is covered within a guide, link to the guide with a note of the page number.
b) If not covered elsewhere, answer the question in the article.

With all the other pages on other projects that have relations to documentation tasks, I guess we have to discuss each matter separately, as the documents have been created with different reasons and maintainers.

Done

Thanks.
