Per, you may also have commit rights (I think that was included when I
bumped your permissions on the project). if so, feel free to check
that page out and update it with the correct links and info for 3.x.
I haven't got the permissions for download or www, would I apply for
them somewhere or should I send the changes to you?

Per, you should have commit rights on the Doc project web pages... that
does not include the other project pages... eg dev_docs The project
owners for those areas need to grant rights.
I have a suggestion, let's do the following for frequently asked
questions and howtos:
a) If the question is covered within a guide, link to the guide with a
note of the page number.
b) If not covered elsewhere, answer the question in the article.
With all the other pages on other projects that have relations to
documentation tasks, I guess we have to discuss each matter separately,
as the documents have been created with different reasons and maintainers.
We should take this part of the discussion over to the d...@documentation
mailing list... so that the rest of the doc team has a chance to reply
to this suggestion.
