Hi Gary & all,
Few mins ago, improvements were committed to xalan-java (branch
xalan-j_2_7_1_maint) and xalan-test (branch master) repos, to address
all the issues raised during review of XalanJ 2.7.3 RC9.

The XalanJ readme file, has been modified as well, to reflect changes
that're done within these latest XalanJ commits.

My local testing shows that, building XalanJ and running XalanJ tests
(as defined within latest XalanJ readme file), work fine both from
xalan-java repos and the src distribution as well.

I believe that, we can make the new XalanJ 2.7.3 RC now.

Please advise as appropriate.
