 Review comment:
   nit: in practice its often a good idea to just use one group for both. 
   
   Also if you really want to use two you should ensure the bossGroup only uses 
1 thread as you only bind one time anyway (and so only have one 
`ServerChannel`) to handle. This will at least reduce the wasted threads.
