Hello all,

I tried the new Trac and I can't comment on any tickets even the ones that
are mine.  Is this feature disabled?

On the contrary, it is much nicer. Our users want to report bugs by emailing
us, not by filling out a form. The number of bug report emails we get saying
“I took one look at your form and ran the *...@#! away” supports this.

It is important to reme...
Users should still be able to report bugs; the only difference is they send
their bug report to us and we either create a ticket, add to a ticket, or
simply send them the link saying “thank you; we have this on file here:”.

Users should not have to, and many do not want to, learn how to use ticket
systems. (Not the actual creation of the ticket, but searching and trying to
identify duplicates.)
