+1 on using regular 'people' over Adiumy for Unblock/Block/Personal. Using Adiumy is fine for application specific actions like setting all the preferences for the *application*, but using it for actions that 100% involve a person or your user account could possibly come across as confusing to some.
It might be a matter of taste, but at least if you go with generic people the complaints will be less.
