It's listed as a reason for being transitively impacted by the kyua removal.

ladvd buildrequires pkgconf, pkgconf buildrequires kyua, kyua willl be retired
if not fixed.

Ok sounds like the signal/noise ratio here is way high, I do not think
I have any way to deal with pkgconfig/kyua, is there a lack of people
willing to handle this problem?

The kyua maintainers did not respond to the f42/f43 FTBFS bugzillas at all.
I guess we should collectively try getting it fixed before ripping it off from pkgconf -- but even that is an option, it's used "only" for tests (no idea if we can run at least some of the tests without it).
