Yeah to clarify... they have no rawhide branch.

These are a slightly different case. They have a rawhide branch, but no
spec file, just a base README. 

They should be retired too of course, but not quite the same case.

It was retired, but then unretired.
But if it fails to install/build, it should get retired soon...
