require a more stringent validation (which

In addition, if this needs to be implemented
(and the various laws continue to be litigated),
it needs to be an industry solution that every
one agrees on (app vendors are not going
to want to implement twenty different
solutions, so a libageist.so API?).  Fedora
cannot do this alone.
