This list is associated with the crypto-team packaging group.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/group/crypto-team

It is supposed to be a private list because it should get copies
of bugzilla emails there, some of which could be private issues.

However, I don't see any posts there, so I am not sure what is wrong.
Perhaps the [email protected] bugzilla user has emails
disabled?

In any case, I don't think thats a good place to refer people to.

Where is a good place is probibly up to the folks in that crypto-team
group. (here? a discussion post with specific tags? a ticket somewhere?)
