Hi Sebastien, I'll rework my two pcs here and send to you firstly. My concerns will only be the noise reduction. Since those P[7:0] traces are located at L3 and well surrounded by ground shieldings to eliminate digital noise. This reworks mean that a short distance of them will be exposed. Well, I think I still can do this rework.
Hi Bengt, Sounds great that you had have experience on such tough reworks. :) At current stage, those 6 pcs are prototypes. We don't face them as full product to use your two proposed patches to do reworks. Also next run depends on complete tests to be finished, how reliable on s/w & h/w and evaluation on next sourcing. So we actually may not move into next run fast.
