You may also want to run the testing tool at http://www.milkymist.org/test_tool/boot.bin use this command to run (with the jtag/serial cable connected): flterm --port /dev/ttyUSB0 --kernel boot.bin and type "serialboot" at the BIOS prompt (you'll need to abort automatic booting by hitting the Q or ESC key).
