Hi! I don't think that it does make sense to set up a poll for every bi-weekly meeting, so we should try to find a fixed date per week. Since it's probably impossible to find a date that fits for everyone, I suggest to find two dates and alternate between these dates. Hopefully, this way we can find an arrangement where everyone interested could participate at least every second meeting.
