Khaled you are right.

I tested "Pootle". Let me say that it is very interesting web tool,
especially for PO file and software localization in general.

You could upload a whole project (=set of PO). Translate them and generete
again the PO translated format.

The translation can be divided to a set of goals. One goal includes one or
several PO files shared between other translators and projects.

I would rather advice to enhance this environment and adapt it for Arabic
translation/localization. For example, we can include the machine
translation or script developed by Ahmed.
